Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by UK Express Delivery, which usually arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch. The delivery charge is based on your order’s weight and address and is shown at checkout before you pay. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status by signing in to My Account.

Yes. You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to start a return.

Sorry about that. Email info@hammco.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

VELORNA is our own brand. Every VELORNA product is designed to our specification and quality-checked by the HAMMCO team, so you get dependable products at fair prices.

We accept card payments through Stripe, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.
