These terms apply to all orders placed on hammco.co.uk (“Website”), operated by Hammco Distributions Limited (company number [number]), registered office [address] (“HAMMCO”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account on the Website, you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being successfully received.
Dispatch may take longer during weekends, bank holidays, busy periods, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we’ll let you know.

2. If Your Order Hasn’t Been Dispatched

If your order hasn’t been dispatched within 2 working days, please email info@hammco.co.uk with your order number so we can look into it straight away.

3. Customer Support

We aim to reply to all emails within one working day. If you haven’t heard from us within 2 working days, please contact us again or call 0757 2020 120.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If your order has not been dispatched within 7 days of being placed, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
You may also cancel and return items in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, including your 14-day right to cancel.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider, as we can usually resolve problems faster directly.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates. Please see our Delivery Information page for details. If a delay is caused by the courier, severe weather, or other events outside our control, we’ll work with you to resolve it, including arranging a replacement or refund where your order does not arrive.

6. Payment

Payments made through Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment provider we offer are processed securely. We do not store your full card details. By completing your purchase, you authorise payment to Hammco Distributions Limited. Your bank statement may show HAMMCO or Hammco Distributions Limited.

7. Products

We make every effort to show our products, including our VELORNA and Biodance ranges, accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
